[Antelope] AQMS to Antelope (sql2db?)

Does anyone have code to read event, origin, arrival and netmag data from an
AQMS database (in Oracle, written in the CISN schema) and populate a
Datascope database?

The Datascope database could either be in CISN schema or CSS3.0.

db2sql is a tool which largely solves the problem in the other direction -
from Datascope to an SQL database.
