[Antelope] dbloc2 issue

Dear BRTT support group,

I have setup my antelope database and was able to successfully run dbdetect, ttgridd and dbgrassoc, but when I run dbloc2 I get the following output:

According to the Database Processing guide, I am supposed to see a new window. I tried taking some of the steps in the "dbloc2 troubleshooting" section in the document but was not lucky. Am I missing something? Is this a common issue? Any kind of help would be appreciated, thanks!
